When do I start paying a monthly fee?
Your payment starts from the day your first bag was shipped.
Why do you require a deposit?

Can I rent without making an account?
Unfortunately not, you should make your account to rent our bags.
Can I use pre-paid or debit card for payment?
Payment is acceptable credit card only.
Do I have to stay subscribed for a certain period of time?
There is no limitations for how long you will be subscribed.
You can cancel your subscription any time without any fee.
Can an underage person sign up?
Laxus is only for people above 18 years old.
Do I have to pay just by downloading the app?
Of course no, you will not be charged until we ship your first bag. Please feel free to enjoy browsing luxury bags!
Does Laxus charge tax on membership?
If applicable, state and local taxes will be added to the membership fee.
I want to cancel my booking. / I want to change the bag I booked.
You can cancel or edit your bookings from "Change/Cancel bookings".

*We cannot cancel your booking under the situations of following;
It has been more than one hour since you made the reservation (When using Laxus for the first time).
When the bag is in the process of delivering (When using Laxus for more than once).
When the bag is already shipped from our warehouse.

How are bags cleaned, including to prevent the spread of viruses such as COVID-19?
All our bags are meticulously cleaned each time they are returned to us.
Are your bags cleaned after each use?
All of our bags are thoroughly cleaned after every use. Our cleaning agents and practices are designed to kill viruses such as the common cold and flu. While scientific information is still developing, we have no reason to believe that our processes are ineffective against COVID-19.
How do you take care of bags?
Professional staffs take care of our bags with check lists of 25 requirements to deliver bags with reliance and cleanliness.
How can I know the items I'm borrowing are authentic?

Authenticity is of utmost importance to Laxus. Every item we offer is authenticated by the Laxus team and third-party experts.

We will refund entire membership fee if our bags are counterfeit.

What condition are the items in?
We have a dedicated quality assurance team that takes great care to clean and inspect all of our pieces so they arrive in like-new condition. This is the cornerstone of our business and we take it very seriously, which is why all cleaning and repairs are done in house to ensure the highest quality.

Our repairing experts, trained for years , clean and repair items that need special care, with the help of an internal database that provides the best repairing method for the job at hand. It's checked a final time by a quality assurance team member.
What type of bags do you carry?
We carry bags for women for every occasion and stage in her life.
Can I keep or purchase the bag?
Unfortunately we don't have any bags for sale.
I want to borrow an item that I don't see on Laxus. Can I request it?
Sure! Let us know in a chat!
How often do you add new bags??
The new arrivals are updated irregularly depending on the new stocks and purchases.
If you have a bag you are interested in, please "LIKE" it!

Coverage & Shipping

When do you ship my order?

If you choose a bag marked as Express Shipping, your order will be shipped at the date or the next day and arrived in 1-2 business days. 

Other delivery dates may vary, please find the estimated delivery date on each page of the bag.

How do I return my items?

1, Place the bag and accessories inside the sleeper bag, and package it. Make sure the prepaid shipping label is put on the box.
2, Go to any UPS Access Point location.
3, Drop it off! UPS will take care of the rest!

What is express shipping?

If you choose a bag marked as Express Shipping, your order will be shipped at the date or the next day and arrived in 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not, at this time we only ship to NY and NJ. Orders must also be returned from there as well.

What is the Laxus Box? Why do you use it?
We designed the Laxus Box to be iconic and protective.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the bag?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. Your membership fee includes a base coverage policy. It covers normal wear or tear. Should an item be returned in severely damaged condition, you are responsible for paying a deductible based on the cost for Laxus to fix or replace the item.
If you found stain or damage,please contact Laxus from the chat.
What should I do when I lose the bag?
Contact us and nearest police immediately.
What should I do if the bag is stolen?
Contact us and nearest police immediately.
Does the coverage apply in case of loss or theft?
No, it does not apply in case of loss or theft.
Does the damage warranty apply for smell?
No, please note that cigarette and perfume smells are likely to be out of warranty service.

Account Services

Will I be charged next month if I return the bag?
You will be charged the next month if you just return your bag.
If you wish to stop your subscription and payments, you have to 1,Return your bag 2,Submit cancel request.

You can submit the cancel request from the "Settings" on your "My page". You can also finish the process on the website.

You will be charged your monthly fee until you finish the cancellation process (1,Return your bag 2,Submit cancel request).

*We will send you a message in case there is a problem with the bag you return. The returning process will complete when confirmed.

*The cancellation will be completed after the returning process. Check your My page status as it changes to "Canceled".
Do I still have to pay the monthly fee even when I'm not using any bags?
You will be charged a monthly fee even when you're not renting any bags since our service includes the app and other costs to maintain the service.

If you wish to stop your subscription and payments, please complete the cancellation process.
I don't know how to login.
If you already have an account, you can access from the registration page.
I forgot my customer ID and password.
Customer ID is your registered email address.
If you cannot remember, please contact us through chat with your registered name and phone number.
If you just forgot your password, please go to the login page to reset.
What should I do when I change my cell phone?
Make sure to check your registered email and password before you change your phone.
When you install the app again, login with your email address and password to bring back data in the app.
How can I update my billing information?
Go to your "My Page", select "Settings" and "Payment information", then change your billing information.
How can I update my shipping information?
Go to your "My Page", select "Settings" and "Payment information", then change your shipping information.
Please note that we cannot ship to the address that is not your home.
How can I edit my name, phone number and email address?
Go to your "My Page", select "Edit profile", then change your email address.
How can I edit my profile?
